Обязанности
We are on the B2B model, so our support team is working with brokers from all around the globe and focusing on solving tough technical tasks. Our clients rely on the experience and high skills of our support team as well as the quality of the service we provide. Our daily tasks include troubleshooting the apps and plugins developed by T4B, investigate the reasons for errors in production environments, communicating with DEV and QA teams to find solutions to complicated issues, and provide our clients with information about how things work.
